Building on the insights and progress from your initial consultation, this follow-up session is designed to offer continued support for your holistic well-being. During this 1-hour Zoom session, we will review your progress, revisit your goals, and address any new concerns or challenges that may have arisen.

Anita will offer personalised guidance to help you deepen your healing journey, refine your practices, and continue working toward balance in your physical, mental, and emotional health. These sessions create a compassionate, safe space for reflection, growth, and transformation.
